I have never seen Kasamh Se, but this looks to be describing events over dozens of episodes if not entire seasons. I have added both a Spoilers tag and Plot tag above the plot section.

Don't want to do anything though until it's approved by the person who has been managing this page. I also think the comments page should be removed. This article needs clearing up - the grammar isn't great, and it tails off at the end.
